Daw Hsint Hsint Htay was borned in 1982, October 5. She graduated Primary Level Education from No. (6) Primary School Loikaw. And she also graduated Middle and High Level Education from No. (1) High School Loikaw. She attended University of Computer Studies (Loikaw) and University of Computer Studies (Mandalay) for Advanced Level Education. She graduated B.C.Sc. degree in 2006, and also graduated B.C.Sc. (Hons) degree in 2007. In 2010, she graduated M.C.Sc. degree. In 2005, June 6 she worked as a Tutor at University of Computer Studies (Loikaw). In 2013, November 26 she was promoted to Assistant Lecturer position and also in 2017, August 4 she was promoted to Lecturer position. Now she is serving as a Lecturer at the Department of ICT Supporting and Maintenance, University of Computer Studies, Loikaw.

Daw Myo Thandar Tun is the Lecturer of the University of Computer Studies, Loikaw, Myanmar. He graduated with B.Sc.(Physics)Hons. at University of Yangon and M.Sc. (Computer Science) at University of Computer Studies, Yangon, Myanmar in 1995. He obtained Ph.D (Software Technology) from Technological University, Singapore in 2006.

Khet Khet Win received the B.A(Geo;) degree from Loikaw University, Loiakw, in 2003 respectively. Her obtained D.C.A Diploma from University of Computer Studies, Loikaw, in 2005. In 2010, she earned M.I.Sc degree in University of Computer Studies, Loiakw. She is an Assistant Lecturer at University of Computer Studies, Loikaw. Her research interests mainly include signal and networking, information security and web developing.

Daw Aye Myat Mu received the B.C.Sc and B.C.Sc(Hons) degree from University of Computer Studies, Yangon in 2007 and 2008 respectively.Her obtained M.C.Sc degree from UCSY in 2010.She is an Assistant Lecturer at University of Computer Studies,Loikaw.

Chaw Kalyar Than received the A.G.T.I (EP) from Government Technical Institute, Loikaw, in 2000, B.Sc(Maths;) degree from Loikaw University, in 2004 respectively. She obtained D.C.Sc Diploma from University of Computer Studies, Loikaw, in 2005. She is a Tutor University of Computer Studies, Loikaw. Her research interests mainly include application and web developing.
